At the HAn9 Ferry Restaurant, we offer
fresh branded fish sourced from across Kyushu.

We serve branded fish from famous areas on a daily basis, such as Kurose Buri from Miyazaki Prefecture, Bluefin Tuna from Nagasaki Prefecture, and Miyabi Sea Bream from Kumamoto Prefecture.

Every month, the head chef of “Hibiki” selects a “Recommended Chef’s Choice Menu” and delivers a “Summer Limited Recommended Menu” for various limited periods this summer.
